	2007 Chardonnay This uniquely fresh and fruit-focused Chardonnay is made ina traditional Italian style, yielding a pear and citrus nose with crisp fruit flavors.  The wine is minimally manipulated to maintain all of the fruit flavor and fresh crisp finish.  Fermented in stainless steel with no secondary malolactic fermentation, the wine’s balance of acidity and body make it a perfect match with grilled salmon or chicken. 	2006 Pinot Blanc This unique white wine, made in the traditional Italian Pinot Bianco style,  greets your nose with a floral bouquet of honeysuckle and pear blossom while the bright fruit flavors add to the tasting experience and the bright acidity and citrus finish wakes up the palate. 	2006 Pinot Gris This crisp, clean wine has wonderful melon and pear notes with bright mineral and citrus finish.  It is made in the Italian Pinot Grigio style traditional of Veneto and Friuli.  The balance of freshness and fruit flavor make this wine a pleasure to drink and a great match with seafood, chicken and veal. 	2006 Pinot Noir This Pinot Noir greets you with toasted vanilla and berries then opens up with black cherry, dark fruit and a hint of chocolate.  This Pinot Noir is perfect with filet mignon and mild dishes which will compliment the wine’s subtle depth of flavors. This wine is produced exclusively from our estate-grown fruit of our Flaminia, Filippo and Olivia vineyards.
